Obviously it’s not a bad move, even though it won’t add up to much. I too would prefer to see Boni away from the leadoff spot, if only for my aesthetic taste (and the one or two runs we might save).

It’s a start, and a good thing to recognize that a player like LoMo one of the prime positions in the batting order. If only they’d get Boni away from leadoff.
