According to Joe Cappozi of the Palm Beach Post, the Miami Marlins next signing target is one of their own. That’s right the Marlins are going to soon discuss a contract extension with budding super star Mike Stanton.
The Marlins obviously see Stanton as a staple of the franchise moving forward. This would be a perfect time to extend Stanton, before his stock reaches its highest, and he gets even more expensive to extend. I will have more on this topic on Monday.
