Scenes from Marlins Park

We are all eagerly awaiting the start of the 2012 baseball season. As you all know the Marlins will be moving into their new 37,000 seat retractable roof stadium this year and I thought I would share some great pictures taken of the newly named Marlins Park.  Yes, that will be the name until some corporation forks over enough cash to secure the naming rights.

All pictures are courtesy of Frankie Fernandez, the Miami Marlins Facebook page, and the Marlins Nation Facebook page.

Does anyone else have this strange craving to play Super Mario Bros?

Or maybe Super Mario Sunshine?

I bet this looks fantastic after a few beers.

No better from this angle. Can we cover it with a paper bag?

To be installed TODAY!

Hope you enjoyed the pictures of our new home!

Till next week kids.  Maybe we will explore the hidden dangers of LoMo-ing.

I would like to dedicate this weeks post to my Siberian Husky Chloe.  Rest in peace my sweet girl.
