How does one do a, “LoMo?”

A new craze has swept over the nation the likes of which has not been seen since the Macarena, or the “Fish.”    This hit sensation is known as, “Lo-Mo-Ing.”  Yes it is a verb, it means, “To LoMo.”  I’ll drop this here in case you need a backstory:
