Who Had the Better Offseason, Miami Marlins or Washington Nationals?

Two of the more active teams this off-season were the Miami Marlins and the Washington Nationals. Both teams are poised to make drastic leaps forward in their pursuit to become contenders.

There is a split in the media about which team has a better shot to be a playoff team in 2012. The Marlins and Nationals are both trying to catch the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves. The NL East figures to be the most exciting and talented division in 2012.

Today I want to ask you guys, which team had the better off-season? The Marlins or the Nationals?

The Marlins moves include: signing Jose ReyesMark Buehrle and Heath Bell, Gregg Dobbs, and Aaron Rowand. The Marlins also traded for Wade LeBlanc and Carlos Zambrano.

The Nationals moves included: signing Chien-Ming WangEdwin Jackson, and Ryan Perry. The Nationals also traded for Gio Gonzalez and extended his contract. The Nationals just completed an extension with Ryan Zimmerman through 2020.

Please vote on the poll and let us know who you guys felt had the better off-season.
