After dropping the first game of the four-game series, the Miami Marlins will try to start a new winning streak tonight against the Chicago Cubs. Kevin Slowey delivered another strong start for the Marlins, but the offense was unable to get going after they gave Slowey an early 3-0 lead.

Steve Cishek allowed the game winning home run in the ninth and the Marlins fell 4-3. For the full recap, check out Justen Rosenberg’s recap from this morning.

Wade LeBlanc will get the ball for the Marlins in this one. He is trying to correct himself after having a couple of rough outing his past few times out there. LeBlanc has pitched better than his ERA indicates this season, as his FIP sits at a comfortable 3.98. With the Marlins offense struggling, they will need Wade to pitch closer to his FIP than his ERA tonight.

Scott Feldman gets the nod for the Cubs. He has been bothered with back issues and inefficiency this season. I want to say the Marlins offense will come alive off of Feldman, but my faith in this group is wavering.
