Miami Marlins @ Atlanta Braves Sunday, September 1st 5:10 PM EST (Game 135)

The Miami Marlins are glad that the month of August is behind them. While it was still a better month than April or May, all the good work the team did in the months of June and July were essentially erased, as the Marlins head into September with the second worst record in baseball (49-85).

The Marlins will have to score a run off Alex Wood, something they have had an extremely hard time doing in their nine innings against him this season. Nathan Eovaldi will be on the bump for the Fish. The Braves are a team that Eovaldi has fared well against.
