Morning Marlin Maniacs, TGIF to you, and welcome to your Miami Marlins Fish Flash.

I won’t lie, I expected bigger things for the Miami Marlins since last we Fish Flashed. But the Tampa Bay Rays, and really Tim Beckham specifically, had other plans.

The club has only won three of their last ten games, and while blaming the offense is easy, it has truly been a team effort these past two weeks.

Off the field, the big story continues to be those ongoing sale talks. Long term, that’s awesome stuff. But, fans of members of the 2017 Miami Marlins roster might want to look before they leap here.

So, Marlins fans all know that Marcell Ozuna‘s power is no joke. But according to Chris Landers of MLB.com’s Cut 4, he’s not even the best hitter in his house. Take a look at who can out-hit the Marlins’ slugger.

Called Out By A Legend

When amateur sports bloggers call out the Miami Marlins starting rotation, that’s bad enough. But when a franchise legend does it, it’s even worse. ESPN.com provides the above brief write-up filling you in on just who exactly is displeased with what he’s seen so far.
