I was so young when I discovered baseball that I honestly don't recall when the love affair first began! As a south Florida native, I've followed the Marlins my whole life. Of course, 2003 was the highlight for me as a kid (I have fuzzy memories of '97). I was a fastpitch softball catcher for most of my adolescence, as well as coaching young girls in 'minis', my suburb's version of softball little league. I live by the beach, snorkel in my free time, and continue to work at my college education.
