The Miami Marlins will look to rekindle the magic that propelled them to three straight victories and a sweep over the New York Mets. The Philadelphia Phillies were able to put a halt to the Marlins winning streak on Monday, led by a strong performance by Kyle Kendrick and Domonic Brown‘s hot bat.

The Marlins will look to even the series on Tuesday night with Ricky Nolasco taking the mound. Nolasco has pitched well as of late and the Marlins hope he can continue mowing down hitters like he has in his previous three starts.

The Phillies will counter with Jonathan Pettibone, who is coming off of a rough start against the Boston Red Sox. Pettibone allowed four runs on six hits in five innings. He walked four and struck out five. He had allowed just 15 runs in his previous eight starts.
