The Miami Marlins will seek to continue their seven game winning streak in San Francisco as they take on the Giants on Thursday night. Fresh off another series loss to a team not named the Mets or Cardinals, the Marlins seek to turn things around the Giants in a four game series.

The team will hand the ball to Tom Koehler for the first game of the four game set. He was roughed up by the Cardinals his last time out, surrendering nine runs on eight hits over 4 2/3 innings. He hopes to rebound tonight and pick up first win of the season.

Chad Guadin gets the ball for the Giants, and as Stuart Jones pointed out in our series preview chat this morning, Gaudin struggles badly against lefties. Lefties have a .316/.407/.373 slash line off Gaudin for the season. Bet you Juan Pierre, Logan Morrison, Derek Dietrich, and Rob Brantly are salivating when they see those numbers.
