Another series, another Miami Marlins series lost. After dropping two of three to the Atlanta Braves, the Marlins are now 44-68 on the season, an astounding 24 games below .500 for the season.

More from Marlins News

The Miami Marlins have a ton of questions surrounding them as we head into the middle of the second to last month of the season. Both their stars, Giancarlo Stanton and Jose Fernandez, are currently on the DL  and there is no real timetable for their returns at this point. Marcell Ozuna is rotting in Triple-A and recently went down with a sprained wrist.

Next up for the Miami Marlins is the Boston Red Sox, in Miami, for a quick two-game series. The Miami Marlins dropped both games, back in July, to the Red Sox earlier this season. They will look to take revenge against the AL East basement dwellers, starting tonight. Justin Nicolino is set to make his third big league start tonight.

We sat down with the Editor of FanSided’s Red Sox site Bosox Injection, Brandon Nickel to get acquainted with his Red Sox, as they prepare to take on the Miami Marlins, as they look to wrap up a disappointing 2015 season themselves.
