Morning Marlin Maniacs. Week’s halfway over already, which we couldn’t be more excited about as it means we are less than a week away from the start of actual spring games. Just because there isn’t anything on the line besides the hopes and dreams of forty people, doesn’t mean it isn’t worth tuning in; after all, baseball is baseball.

The magic of Spring Training- besides the ease of getting autographs and foul balls- is the unrelenting optimism. From the very youngest of fans to the most gristled of veterans, everyone gets to spend six weeks believing this year is the year.
