Forget the Bats: Check Out the T-Shirts
Leading off with a bit of color commentary, Miami Marlins back-up outfielder and future first-ballot Hall of Famer Ichiro Suzuki apparently has a penchant for witty and/or inspirational t-shirts. Just in from Joe “Good News” Frisaro, Giancarlo Stanton looks to be looking at some missed time this week, starting with this afternoon’s Jose Day tilt against the Nationals. And unfortunately, this has nothing to do with any freak miscues, but the rather the potential resurfacing of an old health issue.
Lastly, we wrap with an acknowledgement that Miami Marlins reliever Carter Capps is facing some concerns over his throwing elbow.
