On Thursday, the Miami Marlins announced a partnership with local brewery Biscayne Bay Brewing Company for a new Brew Hall at Marlins Park .

Marlins Park is going to look different in 2020. Miami publicized their partnership with the Biscayne Bay Brewing Company on their Beyond the Bases blog. This five-year partnership is built around a new space opening at Marlins Park, the Biscayne Bay Brew Hall.

According to the December 19th post, the Brew Hall will be a “new 3000-square-foot space located in the atrium area near sections 15–16 on the Promenade Level. The partnership will craft a signature Miami Marlins beer that will be available at the Biscayne Bay Brew Hall as well as retail locations at Marlins Park.”

The Brew Hall joins amenities like the Budweiser Bar in left field, as well as Automation Alley and the Clevelander.

Last season, the team hosted six beerfest events on Saturdays throughout the season. Fans purchased the beerfest pass with their game ticket and enjoyed two hours of unlimited samplings of local, domestic and international craft beer offerings, including from Biscayne Brewing.

In the announcement, Miami’s Chief Revenue Officer Adam Jones said,

"“Baseball is THE social sport, and the new Biscayne Bay Brew Hall is the next enhancement in our lineup of unique and impactful programming at the ballpark as our organization continues its commitment to invest in the fan experience. This partnership with a marquee local brewing company will give our fans a great social option at Marlins Park that will be a popular meeting space pre and postgame. We also love that this partnership enables our brand to be present throughout the market and in fans’ hands all around South Florida.”"

The team continues to upgrade amenities and the game experience at the ballpark. Also this offseason, Miami announced plans to move in the fences and install synthetic turf for the field.

With the on-field product perhaps turning a corner here this offseason, a game at Marlins Park is looking better than ever before. Catching a game at Marlins Park remains one of the best tickets in all of baseball and now, with the Biscayne Bay Brew Hall, it’s a must-see stop in Miami.
