Miami Marlins: Where Did They Come From?

he 2020 Miami Marlins 40 man have come a long way from the 2017 Miami Marlins the Bruce Sherman ownership acquired. The Miami Marlins have two players that were with the club that had major league experience prior to the 2017 transfer of ownership and they are Miguel Rojas and Jose Urena. Adam Conley would have been in play if not for recently being removed from the 40 man roster and optioned to Wichita. That had me wondering, well where did all of the players come that are currently on the 40 man. Today we will do a deep dive to discover how the Marlins acquired their talent.

Marlins Drafted:

Brian Anderson – Drafted in the 3rd round of the 2014 MLB Draft.

Alex Vesia  – Drafted in the 17th Round of the 2018 MLB draft.

Trevor Rogers – Drafted 13th overall in the 2017 MLB Draft.

Jordan Holloway- Drafted in 20th round of the 2014 MLB Draft.
