George Curcio

George Curcio has been a baseball fan his entire life. He's also been a fan of the Miami Marlins and Tampa Bay Rays since each of those teams came into existence. George remembers moving to Florida in 1973, feeling lucky to be able to view the "Game of the Week" on network TV, before the proliferation of cable and steaming. Now, there are two major-league teams within the state. The downside to that, however, has been the disappearance of minor-league baseball in central Florida. George spent many nights at Orlando's Tinker Field, watching prospects of the Minnesota Twins. Now, through streaming at MILB.com, watching the Triple-A farm teams of the Tampa Bay Rays and Miami Marlins has become a daily habit.
