The Miami Marlins 3rd round pick in the 2022 draft was high school pitcher Karson Milbrandt out of Liberty Senior High School in Missouri. After being drafted, Milbrandt only had one appearance last year with low A Jupiter. He started and pitched 2.0 innings and gave up 2 hits and allowed 2 runs.
This year he has started 11 games and over 47.1 innings he is posting a 5.89 ERA and 1.521 WHIP.
