The Miami Marlins have done it!  The Marlins are in the Wild Card game on Tuesday in a best of 3 series against the Philadelphia Phillies.  They are entering their first full season playoffs since 2003 and fans are ready to cheer on their squad.

The Marlins will play a best of three series, all in Philadelphia starting Tuesday at 8:08 pm.  Be sure to tune in early though to get all the pregame hype.  The Marlins game will be on ESPN Tuesday and on the radio on WAQI 710.

The games will be televised nationally so you have to tune in on ESPN to get the game.  Both games after Tuesday will follow the same suit as the first, ESPN at 8:08.  Jesus Luzardo gets the nod for the Marlins in game one and Braxton Garrett will start game two.

Game three will be played as necessary and the Marlins starter is not yet announced.  Tickets to all three games are sold out via traditional methods but I’m sure if you are still looking you can find some on any of the third party sites.  They aren’t too expensive compared to what later playoff rounds will be so if you want to go in person it’s a good chance to go now.

If you want to plan ahead, if the Marlins advance their first home game would be next week on Wednesday followed by a Thursday game if necessary. You can go right now and buy a few remaining tickets via the traditional method for the Braves games in Atlanta but since the opponent isn't decided yet the home game tickets are not on sale yet for the underdog, but those go quick and usually go on sale as soon as an opponent is known.

Let’s tune in fish faithful and cheer on our team that is playing so well and so together right now.   If the National League Division Series round starts on Saturday with whoever comes out on top of the Wild Card games.  Let’s go fish!
